We take the COVID-10 situation very seriously and understand that things are the “new normal” and changing daily. We are committed to be as proactive as we can be in order to keep our customers, employees and agents safe. In doing so we have implemented the following measures and are asking our customers to do the same. Our partners such as, home inspectors, title companies lenders, etc., are all implementing the same procedures. We can assure you your buying and/or selling process will continue smoothly. The Florida Association of Realtors has also initiated a new addendum for the COVID-19 should circumstances require an extension.
Practice Social Distancing
If you have come into contact with someone or have symptoms of COVID-19 please let us know in advance.
We are offering facetime, visual tours and video tours. When showing property we are prepared to wear gloves, have hand sanitizers and masks. We are also continuing with Instagram ideas and facebook posts to assist you with home projects and ideas. We are here to serve our customers and protect our community. Ocala Homes and Farms takes this situation very seriously and will continue to take a proactive approach to provide the best service possible.
